1. Rental Period

The agreed rental dates are fixed at confirmation and apply to all booked gowns and accessories.

2. Late Returns and Non-Returns

Late returns may incur additional fees. Non-returned items are charged at replacement value.

3. Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for keeping rented items in good condition during the rental period.

4. Cleaning and Repairs

Standard post-rental cleaning is included. Significant staining or repairs may result in extra charges.

5. Damage or Loss

Damage beyond normal wear or item loss is charged based on repair or replacement cost.

6. Refund Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information is used only for booking, service delivery, and essential communication.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
